How to do this:

• Make a canvas 500x600px
• For now, fill in your background layer with black or a dark gray.
• Next use your choice of a dusty, scratchy, or old paper texture. Mine is from northerndawn. Set that to screen.
• For this next part, I used one of these stock images to make the smoke. I turned it into black and white and set it to screen.
• On top of that one, I used this one, turned it black and white and set it to screened also.
• Use a fluffy eraser brush to get rid of any harsh edges. 
• So far we should have this.

• Add your picture now. Erase all the edges around the hair. When you get to the bottom that’s going to fade into the smoke, use a big, fluffy eraser and erase at the bottom. Now’s the time to change your background color if you wish.

• Next, duplicate your smoke layers and put them over your image.

• Next use a texture of your choice. I used this one and set it to screen.
• Make 2 rectangles for your text. Twist them whichever way you think they look nice and add your text over it.

• Next, add your PSD and you’re finished!

How to make those constellation type of textures

1. Fill a new canvas with white.

2. Using the Ellipse Tool (Quick Command is U, sometimes the ellipse is hidden underneath the Line Tool or Rectangle tool or whatever), hold Shift while creating the shape to create a perfect circle. Make sure the foreground color is black. Then copy this layer, and move the dot to a different spot, repeat this process until you have multiple dots, e.g. like this:

3. Use the line tool to connect the dots randomly. Make sure the line isn’t too thick (you can change its thickness in the bar above, choose a low number of pixels) or it’ll start looking weird.
